OP Search Lab was founded by Jeff Duggan after more than two decades building, operating, and ultimately selling a business of his own.
Today, Jeff works directly with organizations to understand how they operate, identify what is holding them back, and design and build the systems, processes, and tools that help them move forward.
The work combines operating experience, technology, process design, and practical implementation. The goal isn’t to leave behind a presentation. It’s to leave the business operating better.
